About
Cheyenne Lewellyn is the 2nd leader of Jenian Authority, Jenisit's government. Her harsh upbringing led her to be cold, a bit harsh, and collected at all times, despite Clarimond's attempts to reverse those effects with a kind hand. Cheyenne rules by her own hand, and what she thinks is right; and although she loved her, Cheyenne hardly takes action on what Clarimond wished of her. Mainly, she tries to undo things her wicked mother did. She's not cruel, but maybe a bit stubborn.
Outside of her work, which is not a lot of time, she rests and thinks. Being the ruler of a whole sector puts a lot on your mind, as well as your dark past.
Other than just think, she will spend her nights with Lunette, her second-in-command. Unbeknownst to all but the two of them, Lunette and Cheyenne are actually in a romantic relationship. Lunette is the only person who knows about Cheyenne's past, and the only person she can be soft with.
Species - Stickman [More about stickmen here]
Stickmen are NOT human, the fact that they have no noses or ears or toes is not a part of my art style. It's kind of like an original species, though I know a "stickman" isn't an original concept.
Race - Jenian
Cheyenne is a Jenian, she has a large chest and triangular shaped pupils due to experimentation to her spirit when she was young. This might also be why she grew up so tall and appears to age slower.

Backstory
Cheyenne was created just as any other stickman had been. Brought to life on the mountaintop, recorded, and brought to be raised by the newest caretaker, Clarimond Caisel. She had an uncanny resemblance to the current ruler of the authority, Cartimandua Lewellyn, and unknown to others, this is exactly what she was waiting for. Cartimandua swooped up Cheyenne on her first day to raise her as her successor.
Clarimond still tried to step in and direct Cheyenne to be more caring and nicer than her "mother". Although she had good intentions, they backfired tremendously. Cartimandua was going to get her perfect successor at any cost. Cheyenne was beaten many times, and even tortured and sent to be sexually assaulted a few times, to get her to behave. She was tortured both physically and mentally until she stopped seeing Clarimond all together and acted the way Cartimandua wanted her to.
Once Clairmond left the authority, it wasn't too long after Cheyenne lost her patience with her "mother" and her cruel treatment. Only a year or so later, Cartimandua Lewellyn suddenly died of old age and Cheyenne Lewellyn rose to the throne of the Jenian Authority. Not too long after she appointed her own second-in-command, someone to take some of the load off her work, Lunette Jessale.

Despite Clarimond's good intent and kind nature, Cheyenne resents her in a way. While somewhere Cheyenne still does love her and miss her, Clarimond's actions led her to a terrible upbringing. Along with that, Clarimond left Cheyenne and the authority to live with her own children, something that Cheyenne resents her and in turn her children for.
