Loon

Loon grew up in a small village, far away from the capital of Divine Olak. His parents were commoners, with little money to their name. Loon's father was a traveling merchant, who often brought back rare and beautiful objects from across the world. Loon's favorite objects were anything space-themed, as his mother said that they would bring him closer to the goddess of the sky, who protected their people. His only dream as a child was to become an astronomer, and his mother would teach him all about the stars and sun to fuel this dream. However, as Loon grew up, his faith in this goddess dwindled, and he instead began traveling with his father. When Loon turned twenty, he left his mother and father to travel to the hateful country of Ironine, which was known for its distaste for most elven species. There, he would do adventure quests for cash, and send the extra money to his Mother and Father in the hopes of getting them out of debt. In Ironine people would stare at him for his elven features, but he became well respected due to how handy his elven powers were on adventures. When Loon turned 28, Ironine began to host an event where they would send adventure parties out on the quest to kill Queen Sofia. Loon saw the cash prize of 2 million gold and knew he had to sign up. He got accepted, and was placed on a random adventure team with several other people. Now it's his goal of killing Queen Sofia, so he can claim the cash prize and get his family out of poverty.
