Meera's a character made for a vld x Reader fic that isn't yet posted. She's an Altean from the alternate reality.

She's smart as heck, a quick student and generally an intelligent thing. She's also pretty damn mischievous and tends to prank the crew when she's bored. She looks up to MC and treats her like an older sister of sorts, which MC returns naturally, especially since Meera's an orphan and doesn't really have any family she could turn to.
