Support - elemental recharge
normal attack - lights a candle that swings in front of her to hit enemies. On the fourth consecutive swing, throws three candles out in different directions.
skill - Summons a big candle that lights and falls onto enemies, generating particles per enemy.
burst - A huge pyro candelabra spins with dazzling light, dealing AoE damage around Himari and leaving a trail of fire. The dazzles turn into falling elemental particles.
pro- she is a battery. She cannot pick up her burst elemental particles so she won't hog them from others
con- her burst has a big energy cost.
Passive may increase interruption resistance
May live in Inazuma city or the port town. A worry wort, anxious, and afraid for her own safety. She's paranoid!
Himari was also a scaredy cat, but it was made worse when she received her vision. As soon as she became gifted with pyro, a flame appeared upon her head. She feels weak when the flame is weak, and so worries over it constantly. During the vision hunt decree she acted on her very best behavior, terrified of having it confiscated. She did end up having to flee- after Arataki's vision was confiscated, it wasn't hard to look to the next oni.
Maybe in the past she escaped the youkai... world? to live with humans. Look, I've still got a ton of inazuma world quests to do...
