Tsuyoshi Chikara

Between the scars, piercings and dyed blonde hair, one might assume that Tsuyoshi is just a simple delinquent — this is not exactly wrong. Despite the fact he hates being associated with both delinquents and gangsters alike, he doesn't exactly act like a model citizen either, what with his tendency to curse others out and generally being a relatively intimidating presence. Underneath this rough exterior lies a red-hot sense of justice and a burning hatred for what he feels is "wrong". It might be best to steer clear of him — who knows what'll happen when you get on his bad side?
