Do you think that Dorothea was perhaps the past owner of the book? Or maybe she was the one who caused the curse? Something to think about at the very least.

Hey Sam, I recently joined Diwata in a trip to the library in order to find more information on the book.

There didnt seem to be anything at first but then we found something.. There was this strange restrcited area of the library I had never encountered before, which was odd as I commonly frequent the library. Diwata and I searched through the restricted area and eventually found some books and writings that we believe has vaulable information.

The writings were about the towns history, but not the one we've heard about during classes about settlers founding the town but instead the writing spoke about a group who had fouded the time BEFORE the settlers. I will send a more detailed synopsis of the writings in another email.

I'm currently in the search of historical information on the history of Lincoln Park, specifically a woman by the name Dorothea Romanos. I'm a Lincoln Highschool Junior and this is for a very important project of mine. From the information I could get from the Library it seems that Dorothea was some kind of Mayor or religious leader of the town? More info on her would be extremely helpful!
