This is Lisa, an inkling based off of that li'l Lisa Frank leopard (ugh what a childhood icon)
She has a normal inkling form, but I'll draw that later,,
Lisa is bouncy and almost always excited and ready to talk about almost ANYTHING. She may seem annoying, but she never notices how much she bugs others until she's horridly bashed for it. She's innocent and knows no better, but she always gets yelled at in the end.
She constantly begs the agents of the Squidbeak Splatoon to let her join, but she's always turned down. The other agents calmly turn her down, but agents 2 and 3 mercilessly yell at her and she often runs home sobbing because of it. She just needs a gf or a bf,,
