Rintarou, also known as Rin by his friends and by his hero name Rion. He is a student in Class 1-A at U.A High School, studying to be become a Pro-Hero. He was recommended for the school as he comes from a wealthy family of Pro-Heroes.

Quick Reflexes
Due to the energy that regulates within his body, Rintarou can move quicker than normal.
High Perception
His sensitivity to the vibrations in the air allows him to sense when someone strong approaches. Not only that but he is a good judge of character.
Quirk
Psionic Energy
Energy Manipulation that also associates with mental processes. It employs the concept of “infinity” in a way that allows the user to manipulate and distort space at will. Due to the nature of his energy based quirk, he has an awful sleep schedule as the energy in his body tricks the natural functions of his body into thinking he is well rested, but in reality he barely sleeps for 28 hours per week.

Due to Rintarou's quirk he can either drain someone of energy, leaving them into a helpless state, or give energy to someone/something as a boost of power.

He can create a large field of energy that can leave his opponents frozen as they are overwhelmed by the force around them. He gets sick after using it and it lasts for 3 minutes.

Light Flash
He can concentrate a high level of energy and convert it into a physical beam of light to attack, it can shoot throw like a bullet, burn, or cut like a knife depending on the shape he decides to make it. It takes a lot of energy and he can't create these beams consistantly. He can use 2 per day.

He can create what is essentially a force field around himself and others that is almost an absolute defense, although it only lasts for 5 minutes and cannot shield more than 6 people.
