Confident: Blaze is considered the “cool guy” of his pack. He walks with confidence, almost always seen with his tail and chin lifted high. To maintain his image, he prefers staying among high ranking wolves like himself.

Determined: Blaze may not be the best leader out there, but he strives to be in any position of authority. There’s a driving force of determination within him that doesn’t go unnoticed by others. He doesn’t know how to give up, and will continue being overly stubborn until his goal is achieved.

Intelligent: Taking after his mother and having a charismatic personality, it doesn’t take much for others to be swayed by his words. He’s sharp, clever, and silver tongued, easily allowing him to work things into his favor.

Religious: Blaze holds undeniable faith in the Sky Lords. He’s the Empress’s son and believes himself to be a God trapped within a mortal’s body. This belief sparked when he was howling and accidentally caused an avalanche, making him believe he had secret powers.

Cocky: Blaze is extremely proud of his heritage, and doesn’t hesitate making his title known when greeting others. His cockiness serves as both his advantage and disadvantage. Believing he can get away with almost anything, he isn’t afraid to stick his nose into other affairs. He'll stand up against bullies, allowing him to help those in need. But in some cases he’s still very young and comes across as a spoiled child when he doesn’t get his way.

Lonely: With Blaze’s pack located at the peaks of the mountains, they lived in isolation and rarely saw other wolves around. He was the only one of his age making it hard for him to relate to others. He often feels misunderstood, and while he refuses to admit it, there’s loneliness that consumes him.

Envious: The loneliness he feels is the cause of his desire to be in the center of attention. He craves it, needs it, and absolutely must be in the spotlight at all times. He's possessive over those he's close to and will easily get jealous when he sees someone else being admired. 

His mother, Taiga, was forced to steal food from a nearby pack out of desperation. Two males named Trevor and Moon caught her in the act and chased her down to retrieve the stolen property. Trevor was impressed by her smooth maneuvers and charming personality after successfully escaping. Moon was only annoyed by the female’s thievery. Going against the pack laws, Trevor decided to search for Taiga and discovered she was starving. He began leaving scraps of meat nearby and eventually introduced himself. When Taiga was back to full health, she was caught in a snowstorm and forced to take shelter in a cave, only to discover she wasn’t alone. Moon also occupied the cave to escape the weather, and he wasn’t thrilled to see Taiga was still hanging around his pack’s territory. Fearing for her life and trapped, she successfully seduced him that night. By morning she was gone and told Trevor everything that happened. They decided to leave and travel together until they settled at the top of the Golden Peak Mountains. It is here where Taiga formed a pack of her own, and where Blaze was born and raised.

• During his childhood, he would constantly sneak off and explore since he didn’t have any siblings to play with. During one of his adventures he crossed over an old log. Halfway across, the log caved in and he was trapped inside until his mother found him. During his wait, wood beetles constantly pinched him, forming his fear of the bugs.

• He believes firmly in the Sky Lords. (Day Lord and Night Lord) A representation of life and death, the sun and the moon. It’s said that the Lords are in love with each other. Neither can survive without the other, but they are unable to touch due to their opposing nature. It is tradition to believe that when a loved one dies it is because the Day Lord has chosen them as a gift, which is considered a high honor, and sent to the Night Lord where he will treasure and guard these precious lives forever.
