Armando is a 9ft tall well built man with firey glare and a permanent grin even when relaxed. He is old, around 300 years. 

Armando is old enough to have become the guardian angel of a generational family, at least 3 gens have been under his supervision 

once a humble guy, he has gained overconfidence and now looks down upon failed guardians and new students.

He is rude and hostile to fallen Angemos and cold to younger Heavenlies. 

Armando might be the worse person around town, but his job, his job is his fuel, and he respects his duties. He doesn’t slack when it comes to keeping his assigned mortals safe.

Armando’s family is a relatively well known mafia in New York. They don’t partake in much violence but will sponsor and have economic ties with other violent gangs and countries. He is cool with the risks it has

Armando is nothing but a small portion of a powerful Eldritch god‘s “soul”. Although he did not inherit any recollection of what his true origins are, he did get some powers out of it.
He is sadly, one of the weaker portions compared to the likes of his Aermerean, Frankenhound or Transformer versions as examples
