DESIGN TOS

My ToS for my designs, must read before owning or buying from me! By reading it, you agree to all the following:

NSFW

I don't want my designs being used for NSFW purposes at all, this makes me heavily uncomfortable and also as I'm a minor and on the asexual spectrum. It's disgusting.

RESELLING

Don't sell my designs if: you didn't buy it with money, or haven't add any value to it (comm or personal art). This makes me upset as I've seen it in the past, and which it doesn't make sense at all. If you need to sell a design for desperate/important issues, dm me and we can think of a price together.

CO-OWNING

This is overall, confusing for me! I don't want for those to co-own my designs, it makes it harder to keep track of and overall I don't like seeing dupes or anything like that. Just too much for me to process!!!

BLACKLIST

Never, and I mean NEVER give any of my designs to blacklisted users. These users are blacklisted for a reason. People that are on my blacklist are either in the following, problematic, personal, or overall give me very huge discomfort. If you give any of my designs to blacklisted users, you'll be temp blacklisted. But if you do it more than once, permanent blacklist.

REVOKING DESIGNS

I have the right to revoke the designs from you. Whether you traded fair or not, once your in my blacklist, you'll instantly have the designs you own from me revoked. This has always been in my ToS and forever will be, you can whine or be upset but I have the right to revoke them from you.

END OF TOS

I'll add more to my ToS, but for now these are the heavy grounds I set. New ToS rules will apply to designs that existed before the rule and which you if have read, will agree to do and allow. I hope everyone understands my ToS, and that if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask in the comments.
