Crack-P is probably the most interesting of the Club 'O Seven members, as he's an army helmet-wearing, pipe-smoking, long-legged version of a P-Head. He speaks like an absolute moron and always manages to find more of his stuff (paper) to put in his pipe. The constant smoking almost got him fired by the Club, but at the request of Shooemeyrf, he is still there.
Like all the other CO7 members, Crack-P was born of a joke fusion between two images: in his case, the P-Head from PBS and tracksuit legs. If you just search "tracksuit legs meme", you'll know what I mean.
