Loire Valley is a drunkard. Formerly being known to create pigments with all kinds of material; Loire was a late bloomer in the cutiemark department. Only obtaining her mark after spilling wine on a canvas... Creating a beautiful piece of work. Her family is wealthy, yet traveling. So, she currently lives alone with her thoughts.
