• Holy shit I've been designing this damn person since 2022 but the designs always end in nothing... but I finally found a common ground and finished the design!
• Honestly, Arkana's design might not be too 'cool' compared to other gijinka Arceus DS because I want to focus on making his look like his 'children' especially in the part hair lol
•  the biggest inspiration for the design was Makima from CSM
  • especially in the eyes and red chain part
  • also inspired by puppeteers! Well I like the idea of how Arceus sees humans as puppets for his plays and 'plays' them :)!
