The Faceless Executioner

Condena is an executioner in charge of transforming Heavenlies into Fallen, as well as punishing Fallen deemed a threat to Peak, they fulfill this responsibility with a ruthless devotion. They have the power to utilize any punishment they deems appropriate for a specific crime.
No person possesses any knowledge surrounding this enigmatic individual. This Angemos exhibits an evident aversion to uncovering their face, as well as socializing and speaking to others. The profession of an executioner is private, where the identity of the executioner must always remain concealed from the masses, yet, even though this is the case, Condena takes this notion to a rather extreme standpoint. During their personal life as well, they do not even dare to grant anyone even a hint regarding anything about their identity.
Condena seems to fully enjoy their privacy, and is not interested in explaining why or how.

Condena is an integral member of The Council, but does not make public appearances in their company, aside from essential occurrences and meetings. However, formal gatherings? None of that. Condena appears to be rather compulsive in regards to maintaining their distance from the rest of society.
Condena's public sightings are rather scarce, if not nonexistent, yet, according to a few, Condena has been spotted in museums, carefully observing the various pieces of art within. Nevertheless, it is difficult to confirm the credibility of these accounts.

Condena's trivia

• Little is known about Condena other than their name, birth date, social security number, educational history, past work experience, and sandwich preference (roast beef and Swiss).
• Condena likes writing poetry as a form of communication. not enough to consider themself a poet, it's more like a hobby.
• has no mortal to take care of. not a Guardian.
• seems to have a soft spot for cute things (specially gemonos)
• the only person who has seen Condena's face is Mihr. however, whatever Mihr saw at that moment... He just wishes he couldn't remember it.
• has transformed into a Gemono only 2 times in their entire life. when asked what were the causes of those 2 times, they just trembles in disgust.
• absolutely oblivious of social norms and conducts. utterly and painfully socially awkward.
• has truly nothing agaisnt Fallen angemos. in fact, they really don't feel anything at all regarding fallens or heavenlies (or abnormalities!), they're completely apathetic about them or their issues. it's just their job. a job that has to be done.
• The weapon they use is a guillotine
• their back wings suffer from a slight deformity, so they do not have much movement.
• The halo is the diadem / crown on top of their head by the way...!
• walks as if they were floating, almost as if they had no legs under the fabric (imagine like Karthus idk)... Smooth.
