~Rules after buying the adopts~

#1- while I don't mind about you guys selling the adopts (for friends at least), I highly recommend to at least, please ask me for permission first or just give it back only if you really don't know what to do with the adopt. Also Please DO NOT give the adopts to these people in the blacklist! link: https://toyhou.se/~literature/185736.blacklist

#2- since I don't have PayPal or other things yet, I very, very much prefer if you don't sell the adopt with money only. as for me, it is kinda disrespectful to sell the adopt you bought with points only or got it for an offer/ APs. (Especially those who have been Blacklisted) I understand if you have problems and all with rl, but please, do not sell them with money, even if You drawn or got more artworks from commission, request, gift or art raffle. At least not now utill i get someone to help me out to get my own bank account. (No offense, of course. qwq;;)

 so basically, Points, Art, customs and character trades are the most acceptable. But just no Ai generated images nor Dollmaker designs please- this also includes Waifulabs Ai generated images and Picrew designs so they're a no-no

#3: Please do credit me as the creator of the adopt. I know you can credit someone as the designer, but I prefer the first one as it is much faster and easier. (For me at least) but it's a redesign and still has the original concept design, then you may. 

(Toyhouse Users Only) Please DO NOT repost the character's profile just to have my adopt rules removed and add your own rules to take advantage of my designs. (Especially to those who are Blacklisted) 

#4: while I don't really mind some changes of the adopts/customs' design, i much, much prefer if you please do not making characters do fetish things like wearing a one piece swimwear / a one piece swimwear based outfit all the time or bondage fetish for example. It may seem normal to some or most people, but to me, it makes me feel so uncomfortable due of personal reasons. (Please understand.. qwq;;) 

As NSFW arts, I'm kinda fine with that, just please don't do it if the character is a child/minor-

#5: Please do not try to guilt trip the new owner just to give you the adopt you want nor start complaining about them getting the character before you.

#6: although i do kinda prefer to ask first privately, you can give the adopts to someone as gift! (Birthday gift, Christmas present or just a gift)
