A resident of Havenner Town for the last hundred mayors, Wraith has been a faithful member of the Town Hall staff for many decades, due to being a Ghost-type and all. The Duskull-Klefki has lived in the town their whole life, and their loyalty lies with whoever the current mayor is. As Kit's right hand and the one who has access to all of the rooms, all Kit needs to do is whistle a specific tune if he needs to get into a particular room, and Wraith will be right there, phasing through as many walls as it takes, to help him unlock the door.
They are known all throughout the town and are a very popular sight around Haven Dish, though they are quite shy and quiet when meeting Pokemon they've never spoken to before. This shyness may sometimes impact how quickly they can befriend others, but when they do get the courage to make other friends, they are a very devoted friend and are very compassionate despite outliving so many of their previous friends.
