Hunter Sam the Umbreon. Specialty: Elimination and Containment. Sam has worked in the Facility for as long as he could possibly remember. His role in the Facility is hunting down the Corrupted and working to lead them to the containment team. If things get dire, however, he has orders to eliminate the target instead of contain, which he has done more than he can count.
The job wears on his mind constantly. He puts up a confident front to make sure that things run smoothly, but in reality, it is painful to watch any of the Corrupted die at his hands because he believes that they still have good in them. He keeps this thought to himself to prevent himself from wavering when things need to happen for the safety of the Town. Sam's earliest encounter with a Corrupted was what made him who he is today- he was thankfully never fully Corrupted, but he was changed from a normal Umbreon to an Umbreon that regularly emits flames. While Pokemon with different or mixed types are not uncommon, what is uncommon about Sam is the third eye nestled on his forehead, another mark of his encounter with a Corrupted. He is self-conscious about his three eyes, and tends to keep the top one and his red eye closed, but otherwise he doesn't pay much mind to what's happened to him. It only fuels his need to get this Corruption under control or terminated.
