He's quite personable for his deceitful nature. He fled the Paragon court after using his influence to destroy the chances of a diamond on trial. He was never nice, but now he's cruel... Much like the snakes he keeps he is cunning, waiting for his time to strike. His wanton cruelty is nothing if not spontaneous and manifests most clearly in the cracks of his poor pearl. Like a man eats when he's hungry, Lox lashes as it strikes his fancy. He is obsessed with the idea of organics, and in filling the void his love left he befits his pearls with organic material, like Aventus' heavy, painful horns. He keeps snakes made of the shards of fallen gems, mostly his pearls. He has gone through many pearls in his cruel experiments that leave them fragile and number their days. His favorite snake looks much like the earth Loxocemus, from which he derives his name. Loxocemus is nothing short of truly insane.
