- Do not ask me for any of my No Transfer Characters. Claiming a Free Design: - I will hold a design for 48 hours once it has been claimed. If you fail to notify me that you have recieved the files or accept the toyhou.se transfer within that amount of time, the adopt will be released and you can not claim it again.

- I am willing to take back a design if no longer wanted, however, I will not try to forcefully reclaim it.

- You may not resell or trade freebies. If they do not come with extra art, they are ONLY free and worth nothing. I absolutely do not allow people to decide the worth of a free design in my place; I made it, I made it free, that still stands.

- If you no longer want a design, you may send it back to me, or regift it. If it is sold or traded you will be permanently blacklisted, and I will not allow you to claim freebies or buy from me again. In simpler terms; you recieved a design for free, I do not want you profiting off of it. It may only be retraded or resold if there is extra art.

- If you resell or trade one of my freebies and it does not have extra art, I will notify the person that bought it from you that they have been scammed, and that you have broken TOS.
