GOOD VIBES gives the user a halo above their head and a glowing aura. It gives the user an intense tune with emotions to others and themself.
He uses his quirk to deliver calming and happiness to people around him, which also effects his own mood.
Overdrive can be achieved by two things concerning Florian. A huge amount of emotion, or little to none can trigger it as a response to negate or get more. The quirk feeds on positive emotion, but too much causes it to freak out. When in search of more, it activates the same mechanism. Overdrive causes the halo above his head to spin.
The more emotions he experiences, the more spikes it grows. When it hits the limit, it digs into Florians head and knocks him out and essentially shocks him into vacancy. This can last for a bit after he wakes up initially, he can still move, with a bit of effort. The longer he resists, the more the halo digs in and results in injury.
Dark - Sleeping / unconscious
Dim - Calm / Falling unconscious
Bright - Normal.
Blinding - Usually activates before an overdrive or when using his quirk.
