The so-called prohpet of the Ceyuzia Empire. After many years of little prohpets, she can't even spearhead that name. For that, she is just glad that no one outside the empire knows she can predict anything. Not being able to do it in her own empire is enough embarassment.

As a child, life was the best. Isn't it that way for evryone? She was often able to travel outside of the Empire for supervised adventure. Even with these supvervised adventures, she rarely saw her fiancee. Most of the time she was forced to the confines of her own empire, which she loved, but she yearned for more adventure.

However, as she got older, she came to find out that she was blessed with unusual powers, ones that had not been seen in their family so far. At the age of 10, Ciel discovered what her power was. It was nothing like what her family had. Not healing, water, or lighting. Oh, no, something completely out of left field. She found herself racked with odd visions. Ones that often had nothing to do with her, but when she found herself having visions about her family, she told them. Naturally, they amounted it to a child’s imaginative mind. They, however, found it strange when Ciel's ramblings seemed to come true. The House de Lacharrière instantly became more intrigued by what she was saying and would listen whenever she had one of these visions. With time, they came to discover that she was predicting the future. Naturally, any person would take advantage of someone who had these kind of visions. House de Lacharrière stationed the young girl at the nearby temple and made her write out whenever she got a vision so that it would be instantly sent back to the HoUuse. At this temple, she was also visited often by the Ceyuzia Empire's people, so that they might get an chance to have something in their future predicted by the great prohpet.

As Ciel got older, she found that prohecies didn't come as easily to her. In fact, they came very randomly. They would come weeks or even months a part. They would come if a certain word as said or if she touched a certain object. It wasn't exactly helpful if you need a prophecy said right then and there. As her prphecy began to grow more rare, House de Lacharrière began to see her value grow less. The temple had little use for her and she was forced to go back to the castle.
