Short bio: His father called him a failure, beat him and when he was 12, He threw him away. He was wandering through a country for 2 years and then couple of addicts took care of him. At first they were keeping him away from drugs, but when he grown he tried it for the first time and loved it. From now he is doing drugs regulary, i have no idea how the hell he is able to pay his bills, somehow he does.
His partner is Eclipse. He is a monster that only Cecil can see when he is drugged. He saw him the first time when he tried some new unknown drug. He was a normal guy before that, the drug changed his look to that, but only he, Eclipse and other monsters can see this. For other people Cecil looks like normal guy... they are avoiding, because its abvious he is doing drugs. Or at least as he is really sick or he'd beat Your ass.
