✰ Casey

Casey is an inkling that is occasionally presented with a cuttlefish pattern (stripped pyjama squid) and is described to be extremely friendly. He doesn’t have a single mean bone in his body and does his best to see the good in everyone. Though, because of his kind-hearted nature, he tends to be walked all over by others and taken advantage of due to his kindness. He is the leader of his Turf War group known as Shoal Down. He also does agent work within WaveBreak.

He always wears his mask out in public, but doesn’t really seem to be bothered by the scar on his face or his hand either. He ended up getting them both during one of his agent missions, caused by Ataru, who had no choice but attack him since he was under the control of the Octarian army. Kiko was the one who commanded Ataru to preform the attack and seems to be heavily bothered by this action still to this day. It seems like Kiko is more bothered by Casey’s scars than he is himself.

Casey is mostly seen playing Turf Wars outside of agent work, not really seeing the point of played Ranked Battles and even calls them “dumb.” Ataru is even offended by this thought since Casey is completely capable of Ranked Battles and since Ataru does Ranked as well. But it seems like Casey is worried about how he will be seen during those battles, worrying he won’t play up to par like everyone else. Casey is a very impressive foe to face during Turf Wars though, using tactics he’s created in order to close distance onto others and allowing him to gain the advantage.

His best friends are Ataru and Josie, though he’s also close with everyone else in the group as well. He’s also extremely chill with the captain of WaveBreak, Kiko, always having a rather calm attitude with her and even personable conversations. After all, Casey just wants to have fun.
