DESIGN TOS
if any of the below is broken, you will be blacklisted from any further designs created by me-- sold by me or others.

1. If you are given a design for free, and are looking to get rid of the design, come to me first. If you were given a design for free, then it was from a place of friendship, and often times those designs do mean something to me, and would prefer if they stayed close to me. 
   1. If more value has been added to the design through art, I may even purchase it back from you.
   2. If the design is up for free, the design must go back to me.
      
      
2. Giving my designs to anyone blacklisted will result in a blacklisting as well. This includes: gifting, sales, co-owning, and trades. This does not apply if the action was done before the addition of said user to my blacklist.
   
   
3. All my designs must stay on toyhouse. If there is an issue that is needing to be resolved, allow me to recreate the profile so that my TOS may be attached. Deleting the profile without being in contact with me to recreate it will result in a blacklist.
   
   
4. If I discover you are any of the following, you will be blacklisted and blocked: zoophile, MAP/pedophile/groomer, lgbtq+phobic, TERF, racist/xenophobic, constant ghoster, or involved closely with someone on my blacklist for serious reasons.
   
   
5. Unless more art/worth has been added to the design, you may not resell for a higher value. Time/age does not add value. Failure to follow this rule will result in a blacklist.
   1. Art you created adds value to the character.
   2. Gift art adding value or not is up to the individual buyer/seller- as long as they have the ability to price it correctly from the original artist of said gift art.
      
      
6. When buying one of my designs, you are buying full rights to that design. I cannot take the design back by force as it is no longer my copyright, however I reserve the right to refuse future business with any user that I see fit.
   1. When buying, you have full right to: turn the design into a fursuit, use as a mascot, use as a sona/representation of yourself, create prints/merch of art that is not my own of said character, and edit the design.
   2. If the design is edited, an untouched, unmodified version of the design must remain on the profile. If it becomes lost, please get in contact with me as there is a high chance I have a copy to reupload to the profile.
   3. As long as the original design is intact, owners can create as many versions of the character as they want (such as different species) so long as the versions are sold/traded alongside the original. (See TOS Rule 11.1, 11.2, and 11.3)
   4. Owner of the design has full right to use my artwork for the character in any non-commercial way (i.e. page dolls, in coding, as references, as icons, etc.)
      
      
7. If it is discovered in any way that you harass, stalk, or otherwise obsess over my designs and/or cause intense discomfort to an owner of my design or the designs of others, you will be blacklisted and blocked from owning any of my designs from then on. I do not tolerate character hoarding culture.
   
   
8. My designs cannot be turned into NFTs. Doing so will result in a blacklisting and a block.
   1. This rule also applies if you use my art for any design in an AI art engine.
      
      
9. I will not become involved with debates surrounding co-owning designs created by me.
   1. If a design of mine is co-owned between two or more users, there can only be one (1) profile for the character on one (1) account. Creating more than one (1) profile for the same character will result in getting in contact to delete the duplicate profile, first with the individual, and if that fails then the admin of toyhouse.
      
      
10. If an adoptable is requested to be put on hold, I will hold the design for forty-eight (48) hours. If payment/discussion is not had after that time, the adoptable will be put back up for sale and you will be blacklisted.
    1. If an adoptable is purchased, I will put the character under "pending" for forty-eight (48) hours. If payment/discussion is not had after that time, the adoptable will be put back up for sale and you will be blacklisted.
       
       
11. If an alternate pallet to my design has been created either by me or by an owner, that design must stay with the original character, and cannot be sold/gifted/traded separately.
    1. Alternate pallets such as: hair color, claw colors, hue shifts, etc.
    2. If markings are added, or a new design is created while attached to/closely resembling my own design, it also falls under this rule.
    3. Twins of designs (if identical or close enough that it is clearly based off my design) are created, they must be sold/traded/gifted with the departure of the original design unless edits are done to the design to make it original.

tuxdemonz / fiftiez / LuciferLake / pewdz - enbyphobic/neophobic, queerphobic, panphobic, polices/gatekeeps the lesbian label despite not being a lesbian, openly hates polyamorous people, anti neopronouns for an ableist reason, has a history of extreme stalking, harassment, threatening suicide, and has hurt people I am close to. Is also known for spreading misinformation and very active in callout culture. Also has accused my qpp of being a terf with no proof.
