Aster Williams

"There's always gonna be a big man at the head waiting to be toppled over."

Aster Williams was born to Jesse and Thomas Williams, along with his four other siblings. Being the second to youngest out of five siblings, he always got into trouble as a child and learned to run. They learned early on that there was something "off" about him and the best way to keep him "normal" was to keep him running. In high school, if you could really call it that, his nose was broken one too many times in one too many fights, and it became permanently crooked, not that he minds much. He also ran track and field, and was on the swim team. In his junior year, during a practice, he tripped and shattered the bones in his leg-- with only small town doctors, or the price of a big city surgery looming overhead, he decided that amputation would be the best bet,-- rendering him unable to run for months. Bedridden, full of energy and depressed, he turned to reading and learned a lot about biology. Here he learned how to pick and breed the best fruit trees on the farm to make the sweetest, tangiest fruit, and even better jam. 

After high school he moved into the old house in the fruit orchard on his family's property, and began making jam as a career. Around this time a certain blacksmith named Boris entered town, and Aster was smitten instantly. Not one to forget what he was doing, he continued his fruit breeding and started taking odd jobs around town. Little things, here and there like finding a lost dog or helping a farmer raise a barn. Nothing big, but the extra change in his pocket felt good. Aster also began taking on more serious jobs; like taking on the Cockroach gang, a notorious group of posses that ripped up the country side from the biggest city to the smallest town. Though the Cockroach gang was nothing compared to the Big Corporation that decided to move into the country side, making farmers take "treaties" or sums of money they couldn't ignore. 

Aster isn't the smartest man, but he knows what he feels is right or wrong, and the B.C. eating up the little people in hopes of earning even more money disgusted him. From that point on, he decided that he would do anything he could to stop the B.C. from destroying everything that it could bring into its grasp, and it was from that point, Aster became more of the man he is today.

With a group of friends, Aster managed to take down a major branch of the B.C., stopping its hold from growing any larger in the countryside he called home. During the events, he and Boris began dating, and
