My designs do NOT come with commercial use unless stated, agreed or paid for.

I require you to have Toyhou.se as of date, if you do not have one I will give you an invite code.

You may redesign my characters BUT only to the point that they still look recognizable.

Do NOT sell my designs higher than what I sold it for AS IS unless art has been added either by the client themselves or by commissioning.

COMMERCIAL USE

The fee for commercial use is +100% of the original price OR if stated in an AB2, AB3 in design auctions.

If my designs are going to be used for profit, please inform me and we shall discuss. For this I would require a monthly deposit, signed on a written contract ( agreement ) in a document that both parties are involved.

If the design however, is to be taken out of commercial use, contract is null and voided upon communication. The design may continue as a personal character and retain all artwork, titles, etc. Along with it.

There will be NO refunds once commercial use is implied.

If design has been claimed via art trade or character trade, it can only be traded unless additional art is added.
