Calm and often lost in thought, outwardly they're much like a plant. Uncaring, unassuming, as if they're in their own world. Who knows what goes on the inside.

With the way they are, they take notice details other miss easily. They note in their mind how others interact and respond around different people, listening to shared information and keeping it for herself.
Despite appearing meek, they're not one to get kicked around and just take it. They're very much able to stand their ground and make their annoyance known if push comes to shove.
They don't put themselves out there, but they don't need to. There's no need for them to gain other's acknowledgement or approval, they already knew what they're capable of. There's no point in opening their cards for others to see.

You'd hardly notice they're in the same room, as they don't really make any effort to get her presence be acknowledged. They keep to themselves and are just like a bystander in any situation. Listening.
They take every information they know into account whenever making decisions. Typically, decisions that would ensure their survival, whether it be lying about themselves to not be so known, spilling others' secrets to get attention off them, and so on.
Once they're set on an opinion or decision, it will be the one they go with no matter the circumstances. They will double down on that path, not wanting to live with regrets. Whatever decision it is they've set and done, there will be no going back; they will live with it.

They don't meddle in anyone's business, they keep their own peace, and they're not going to go out of their way to help someone even if they're right there. Why would they get themself into trouble for someone that's not themself?
Not one to make themself known, not one to bother with friendships and relationships either. Everyone is kept at arms length. You could be talking to them every day for a month and still not be regarded importantly by them.
They couldn't care how their actions wound up hurting others- it's not their problem. If anything they would belittle them for how they feel and twist the knife.
