> Sleepy is re-using a character that he actually made for our "Dark Urge" run for BG3. A broody Drow, named Vithkar, who's found a way to escape to the surface. He's distant and edgy but he's slowly opening up to us I think (hehe...)
> Dennis made a very handsome Half-Orc, named Tah, who loves cooking, worships a boar god, and has a yet to be revealed traumatic past. Also he's a bit of a Himbo.
> And I made a little custom race character based off of my pet toad Hubert. I'm calling her race "Bufom" (because Bufo is for toad.) She's a little cleric who worships the Earth itself and believes it is a living entity that provides for all that live upon it.
So far we have:
- Saved a kingdom of gnomes from certain doom and made good friends with them. Love those guys.
- Vithkar unwillingly got a pet healing slime that loves him very much, and Hubert allied with a mimic that decided to rebel against the rest of its hive. (It has taken the form a sickle and acts as her weapon, and sometimes they talk to each other!)
- We met a Deer God and by some absolute miracle managed to NOT kill its child for meat before it found us thus incurring its terrible wrath. Instead we saved it, healed them both, and got a wonderful blessing because Hubert recognized the "wisdom in its eyes." :^)
- and now we're on our way to go save two dwarves who got lost in some ruins. We've also met some orc raiders and promised to help heal the strange magical sickness plaguing their village. (We think it's connected to the nearby ruins.)
- Also at the same time we learned about a giant rat plague-god that has been released from his eternal prison and is now trying to usurp the other animal gods and upset the natural balance of things. He gives me very www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXQwx1… vibes.
