You can find them in the Goblin Camp amongst the revelers. If you speak with them you'll find that they also have a tadpole and were on the nautiloid. They accidentally happened upon the camp and was immediately invited in under the presumption that they were a true soul working for Minthara. They're very clearly avoiding her (passive insight roll). You can offer them some explanation of what's going on, and they'll join the party with minimal explanation. If you attack the camp, they'll run away. You can find them again later in the Underdark prior to starting Act II
