Design T.O.S(TERMS IF SERVICE)

When you own my designs you automatically agree to these terms

-These rules apply to every design gift/adopts/customs/raffles/free charaters/ ect

🕯️OWNERSHIP

You are allowed to use the design for any personal uses.
You may not use any of my designs to engage in inappropriate /NFSW/harmful/discriminatory way
Please do not delete the charater toyhouse profile.

You can keep a charater private, but please authorize me to the character profile.

watermark the designs to prevent theft of the charater is preferred 

🕯️EDITS

Feel free to edit the design! But keep it close to the original as possible. Unless i have given you permission to change/ modify the design completely Always credit me as the original designer if you edited over my design.

You may edit over the original artwork, but are required to notify me if you want to change anything major

Please upload them separately and credit the edited images as off-site. If you edit the original artwork

Dont reupload/update the design with toyhouses settings

🕯️SELLING RULES

Re-Selling: You may resell, trade, or gift the design, if you bought it

the design cannot be sold for more then purchased. (unless it contains extra art)

Extra art excludes: gift art, artfight, raffle art, free art

Included: purchased artwork

DO NOT EVER SELL A RAFFLE DESIGN. Doesnt matter the circumstance unless you contact me first.

Free/Gift art cant add to the price value,

Otherwise,  the design must be sold for its original sale price.

Trades / Gifts: if you obtained my designs by trade or gift and want to resell it, you are not allowed to assign a price to the design. The worth of the design is based of purchased art, not how many charaters traded ect…

The design can only be traded / gifted back, unless there's additional art, and the design worth will be set depending on the art value.

If the person traded / gifted the design to you, but they originally bought the design,
You may ask them for the original price they bought the design for to be able to resell it.

Raffles / Contests: You may not buy a design to host a raffle or contest.

Selling Off-Site I do not sell my designs outside Toyhouse 

T.O.S RULES

You are not allowed to add your own tos to designs created by me.  All designs by me must follow this terms of service. 

Breaking the tos can cause your design to be revoked or you blacklisted from buying, obtaining designs that i create

-do not sell my designs outside of toyhouse. If you do, contact me with proof and ownership purchase of your design and messages/screenshots of your and the new owners transaction
