His physical health is good, he does frequently get injured but recovers fairly quickly. He occasionally gets headaches from the chemicals at his job and has gotten fairly minor chemical burns in the past.

He has good natural posture however he does lean and slouch a lot as part of his demeanor. He also tends to lean towards to his left side more often.

He eats for sustenance, he doesn't care very much about what it tastes like unless it's rotten, moldy or otherwise inedible. He does tend to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, sometimes skipping one if he doesn't have time or an appetite. He prefers to eat healthier foods, especially foods high in protein like eggs or meat, however, he also doesn't like cooking so won't spend a lot of time preparing food, he eats a lot of boiled eggs because of this.

He has problems sleeping, it takes him a long time to fall asleep, so he often stays up very late to push his body to exhaustion before sleeping. Because of this he usually sleeps quietly and doesn't move often in his sleep, however, if he tries to sleep without pushing himself to the limits he often tosses and turns, sleeps lightly and wakes up often.

He exercises very frequently, almost daily, mainly calisthenics/bodyweight exercises, though he does occasionally use weight machines when he has time to go to a gym, he also occasionally goes to martial arts gyms and classes and often gets into fights with others which also technically counts as exercise. He doesn't have any physical health problems however he does occasionally get headaches from not always using proper safety precautions around chemicals or from over-exposure at his job.

His mental health is not quite as fine as his physical health, he's probably depressed but he thinks too highly of himself to consider it but it comes out when he's alone, he needs to feed off the energy of others to feel good and he only really feels good when he's fighting or the center of attention. He also has anti-social tendencies and some narcissistic symptoms (Not a diagnosis, he just has some traits from those conditions), he also has sleep issues and problems with impulse control.

He doesn't take any drugs regularly, he has tried certain substances but found the highs to be lacking, especially compared to the rush of adrenaline he feels when he fights with people. He does drink alcohol occasionally but doesn't often get drunk. While he doesn't smoke, it wouldn't be out of character if he did have a cigarette once or twice.

His biggest motivator is his ego and self-worth, he loves to feel better than others and like he's the center or attention. This is in part due to how disillusioned he is with life and thinks violence and/or destruction is the biggest high.

He believes in himself first and foremost and doesn’t really have or value anything except for his body and mind. When he was younger he was let down in a big way by someone important to him and so he learnt not to trust other people, which eventually spread out to his view of society, objects, and even more abstract concepts like morality and principles.

His moral compass is pretty weak, he thinks that the morals of others never really did him much good, and in turn morals just get in the way of doing what he wants, he hates conforming and loves pushing boundaries. Despite this he does follow a few, he wouldn't kill an innocent person, maybe in self-defence but it's a line that would be hard for him to cross, he would never do anything sexually inappropriate, and wouldn't be cruel to a child.

He has a very casual way of speaking however he does speak rather clearly and doesn't mumble, he has a standard vocabulary but does tend to use more unique words or phrases. He also likes to use a more mocking tone with people he doesn't like and also varies his pitch when making fun of someone.

He likes to bring up unusual things to get a conversation going, sometimes weird or morbid trivia or hypothetical questions. He's not shy about starting a conversation, especially with strangers, but usually only has productive/non-hostile conversations with those he deems to be similar to himself or outsiders, he tends to freak out more conventional people.

He laughs fairly often, though it tends to range from a snort to wild laughter. He often gives a dry laugh along with his own jokes and frequently laughs at others. He will laugh along with others' jokes, especially to endear them to him though he does laugh genuinely too. His laughter can go from warm and affectionate to unnerving and off-putting.

He does swear, not excessively so but he's certainly not shy about it either. Usually for emphasis. He will swear regardless of where he is and who he's talking to, he doesn't like to change how he talks based on other people and will refuse to do so as much as he can. He does think that swearing too much can come across as try-hard and immature.

He gestures often with his hands and body in more casual situations, he likes to roll his whole head along when he rolls his eyes. He switches to a much more authoritative stance when he's teaching someone, ordering someone around or in social situations where he wants to take a leadership role, he'll reign in a lot of his wilder gestures and stand a lot more upright, he tends to fold his arms and make direct eye contact.

His handwriting is pretty rough but it's legible, he writes on the larger size, he knows how to write in cursive but he doesn't, he thinks it looks weird and he'd rather spend a little more time to look less fancy. He'll write with anything that's on hand though he only has pens at his house. He doesn't write very often and tends to keep it short and to the point.

He tends to writes with a lot of pressure and his grip is too hard, he tends to write with his wrist and not his arm. Overall he has fairly bad form when it comes to holding pens and would probably hurt his hand if he wrote or drew for too long.

Physicality

Cyrus works out a lot and is in good physical shape, while he's not a powerlifter he's good at most athletics-like physical activities such as running, climbing, and of course fighting.

Practicality

He's a practical thinker and likes to solve problems, while he's not super knowledgeable about a lot of things he's able to think up and attempt various fixes to most problems, he's also very hands on with things and likes to take action.

Charisma

He's charismatic to a certain group of people, to the average person he can come off as annoying, arrogant and aggravating but he does have some appeal to the more eccentric and non-conforming members of society. He's got a free-spirited, devil-may-care attitude that does appeal to some.

Unstable

He has several issues with his mental health he is trying to juggle and hide from others. He feels rather lonely and disconnected from other people, and only really feels good when he's around others who are giving him attention, positive or negative. He also has poor impulse control and self-destructive tendencies.

Arrogance

He thinks very highly of himself and doesn't place trust in others, he won't go to others for help or trust the advice of others and rarely compromises unless it's extremely dire. He's also rather overconfident in himself.

Egotistical

He is very ego-driven and is prone to doing things just because he thinks it will make him look good. He often views others as ways to get what he wants rather than being on the same level as him and doesn't connect well with others.

He is good at hand-to-hand combat, he doesn't have any particular style he follows but he has taken some classes in boxing, kickboxing and Brazilian ju-jitsu and knows some of the basics from other styles.

He's knowledgeable about general science and specialises in chemistry, he has a degree in chemistry and works in the field.

His carefully cultivated social skills, primarily used to make people mad or to draw in others like him. He also has the ability to be endlessly confident, it's not a very good one but it's there.
