Cecil III of Fierendon

Cil is a sorcerer of an age so countless, some are convinced he is as old as the world itself. Not that it's true; he is the third of his name, after all. Cil is the god of dragons and abhumans, though he does not let it on to most people. He was one of the founders of the Coalition of Abhumanity, which has since become the Assassins' Guild. Cil puts on a relaxed facade, appearing calm much more often than he actually is. He enjoys telling terrible jokes, many of which being rather morbid. He is incredibly knowledgeable about magic, though curses, being a human creation of more recent years, completely escape him. Cil is most skilled in shapeshifting and teleportation magic, but knows a great deal more than that. He has trained many sorcerers over the years, but he claims Arseris is the first to show so much potential; he believes she may one day be more powerful than he is.
