considering:
another powerhouse of the outskirts - he's a little more subtle with his power though. only the people that need to know what he does knows his full capabilities- people just think he's popular
harper (twist) is related to him (cousin) and he kinda guided harper into the underworld so she follows him around sometimes...
he thinks she is kinda cringe and honestly gets kinda irritated by harper's enthusiasm and mimicing but he would also shield her at a moments notice (doesnt make him less of an asshole though... hes kinda mean to her even if she doesnt really acknowledge it)
crest is creeping into Rook's bubble atm but its unsteady - he's  the first to clock Rook's feelings and it makes rook uncomfortable to be read so easily so he's avoiding him atm..
