Hi! I had a question about one of the terms, that being, “Breaking the tos can cause your design to be revoked.” I’ve seen a similar term under other people’s TOS before, but I’m not exactly sure what it means. Please feel free to ignore this question, I know it’s a bit lengthy.
So, what warrants a design being revoked, and what exactly does that involve? Does purchasing a design under these terms mean that I don’t completely own the design?
I hope that this doesn’t sound rude in any way, that’s certainly not how I intend to come off as!
When you purchase a design you do fully own it!! But lets say for a instance thiers a raffle design or a traded design with no additional art and someone sold it it would be revoked from the person sold it. Plus the buyer would need a refund from the user who sold the design will be blacklisted.
Im usually linenient with what happens to my designs but i saw this rule get broken on my old account.
Another way is if you use the design to represent something problematic, ext pedophillia or generally something hateful.

I would say if your selling for the bought amount, or following most of the tos thiers no possible way for someone to break it in a normal way ^^
You are 100% own a design you bought, and you can sell it for the same price if no additional art is added. But if you buy commissions you are allowed to sell the design for the base vsalue+ additional commission value
Excluding in emergencies then you must contact me and you are free to sell the design for however much in a emergency. Please notify however
