Resale
You are allowed to resell any adopts/customs you have gotten for me. Although I cannot stop you, price gouging will result in a light blacklist + small note on the art/design notes I made with the actual price you purchased the character for. This will be put in a public note on the art, but not in any of your comment sections. Any art you add can add value to its worth as long as the other party/artist agrees to this.

Edits or Redesigns
You may edit or redesign as you wish but you can not take me out of the main designer tab if you bought the character directly from me. You may add me as a designer on other tabs if I have redesigned or altered anything, however! You can also add yourself as a designer if you have made significant changes to the design! You can also recreate the design for your species MYO without asking me but you cannot turn the design or anatomy itself into a species without my permission! 8/10 times I will allow it, but please ask first! I might even be willing to let you have the art file if I have it, too!

Selling to blacklisted individuals
If you resell to someone in my blacklist that has been stalking me or my partner you will be blacklisted for association. If you legitimately do not know them you can appeal if you want, but for my safety I will be enforcing this more often. If it is some random person who got blacklisted for smaller things I do not mind, after all since my list is private I don't expect you to know this information!

Your own TOS
Your own TOS becomes void when reselling my designs unless its around how offers should be handled! 

EX. "If you trade with me you cant resell the traded character for money!" Would be null, my TOS will void that. You cannot change or alter how characters with my design label are resold or handled when given to another person. However if its like "You need to pay me within 24 hours" that would be okay! My TOS wouldn't void that!

TLDR: Basically, once you trade it away, you aren't allowed to impose rules on the person buying from you.
 
Tradebacks are iffy, but allowed as long as you both agree. Again, this is different if I'm redesigning someone's design, their TOS applies too.

Non owners
Please don't copy designs I've made that someone else has bought, and please don't ask me if you can copy or highly reference it! If you reference it, chances are I won't see it and as long as it isn't an exact copy with just a few patterns moved around, I personally won't mind. I don't think you can steal colors so go crazy. DON'T REFERENCE ME ALONE, please reference other people as well so you don't get accused of anything! /not a threat!

Edit: Please do not copy my boyfriends sonas that I make for him! I know he has a big following, but thats not an excuse to reference only his character. Find more than one inspiration because it becomes really obvious when you do it! On the other hand, please do not think im gatekeeping any one thing in my designs, again, as long as its not obvious I won't care or mind.

Co-owns
I don't care if you co-own but I will only allow one account to own the character profile itself if uploaded to Toyhouse. I will not be solving any disputes about ownership, please keep that to yourselves.

Deletion
Character deletion is against my TOS and will result in a blacklist. You may auth only, I don't care, but if you delete a character I have made it will confuse me and I may resell if I think I haven't already sold it yet! PLEASE tell me if I have accidentally reuploaded after you remove it. I will give you back the profile even if you're blacklisted, but I will not be giving it back again (not that im gonna keep it, that character is just probably going to be in the void or smn) after if it happens again.

New update: I hate when people reupload super old art of mine, so from now on if you delete the characters profile, I will be requiring you to link me offsite (toyhou.se/paiisly) if you want to reupload. I don't want to come across as rude, but if you manage to somehow delete the profile then I will no longer allow you to have a proper link to my page. I will also remove my art on character profiles if reuploaded as well, you will need to link off site.
