ah, Scrapper, a robotic double created by eggman for the soul purpose of... um, blowing up old parts he didnt need anymore, but fret not! Scrapper seemingly obtained sentience, and voided the gunpowder stored in his body, and now hes in hiding cus he didnt do his one job, yay :D
