♣ PERSONALITY JUST KEEP BREATHING.
ryouta immediately comes off as a carefree and easy to get along with type of boy, and while he may seem a bit too eager to gossip about other people to some, but he generally attracts people with how talkative he is! ryouta also comes off as a pretty relaxed and chill. it's not uncommon for ryouta to playfully tease his friends, and low key enjoys making others flustered or mad just to snicker later about their reactions. of course, there never is any malicious intent behind his remarks, and he really is just joking around. ryouta is a bit egocentric and will value himself over p much everyone else. however, there are also those who he's deemed worthy of breathing the same air as him. the closer you are to him, the more likely he'll tolerate you and the less likely he is to sell your soul to satan. he's also pretty much always hungry and looking for something to eat. you will buy his loyalty if you buy him food... he likes to get to the point and doesn't really see why anyone would beat around the bush, and doesn't care much for formalities either. he's very lax about what he does and why, and will often let people do whatever they want around and to him. it doesn't take much to convince him of anything, and ryouta will gladly cooperate with others to get pranks and other such plans to go smoothly. he cracks jokes and overreacts to certain things making loud exclamations of shock or laughing in an exaggerated manner. he doesn't often understand personal boundaries and is extremely touchy feely with p much everyone. |
♣ I WANT YOU TO NOTICE WHEN IM NOT AROUND. ryouta grew up as an only child in Nagoya, Japan. his parents were exceptionally loving over him, and made sure to spoil him rotten in his early childhood. however, due to both of his parents being doctors, they didn’t have all that much time to spend with their beloved son. due to this, ryouta was raised by his grandfather on his mothers side for the most part, an old retired sidekick who still had a passion for heroism. ryouta and his grandfather grew close very quickly due to their similar mutation quirks, with ryouta having all the abilities a spider had and his grandfather had all the abilities a praying mantis did. his grandfather helped him grow and develop his quirk during ryoutas childhood, and even helped him develop his current method for shooting webs!!
of course, his grandfathers passion for heros was passed on to ryouta as the two often geeked out about all might or best jeanists latest feat of heroism. one day, while going out grocery shopping with his grandfather, a villain had attacked the bank a block away from them! trying to stay as far away from the attack as possible, ryouta and his grandfather carefully watched what was occurring from the grocery store window. before they even knew it, heros had arrived at the scene and quickly apprehended the villain. ryouta was starstruck. he had never known that heros could be so cool in action, for he had only ever seen them on tv or crappy recordings online of them. from that point on, his mind was made up. he was going to become a hero! |
