Profile
• Anatomy & Physiology Otokos are small dragons with butterfly-like fairy wings. Their body is always divided into big solid black and white areas and they're covered in iridescent snake-like scales (like a sunbeam snake). Their wings are usually a saturated monochrome color, but Otokos with more elaborate and decorated wings exist as well. They're about as big as a budgie. |
• Reproduction & Life Cycle Unknown, only adult Otokos have ever been found in the wild and they won't reproduce inside Seeker societies. |
• Diet & Feeding Otokos mainly feed on insects, mollusks and mushrooms. |
• Behavior & Temprament Otokos are very elusive, nocturnal creatures. They stay out of sight and hide from all creatures they come across, and even if you manage to spot one, it will quickly flee and disappear so fast you'll question yourself if you even saw one in the first place. Some even say that Otokos disappear into another dimension during the day, and travel in-between worlds through fairy rings. |
