Candy Beam is an airship pilot who uses his vessel, The Sygian to complete small hauling jobs. The work is really more of an excuse to pursue his true desire, to explore the world. Despite this, he maintains a close connection to his hometown, Hydrae. The Sygian runs on magic native to Hydrae, and must return there periodically to restore its supply.
