How can she live up to those of her siblings who are both brighter, smarter, and more capable than herself? Always worried that she will not live up to her parent’s expectations. Always thinking they would be better off without her….

The girl lives with a dark cloud hanging above her head when she is around others. She finds it hard to sort her thoughts, hard to speak. She was blessed with grace and a simple beauty that most don’t experience, and yet she forgets all about her blessings when around other canines. It will be her downfall….

Things that strengthen her and not cause her to wilt is being alone, exploring, finding beauty and strength in the beauty of nature. The girl will eventually become an expert in herbs and poisons, finding a strength in what cannot speak. Dahlia would rather spend hours assured of her own knowledge and mental strength than socializing with others.
