do not delete or private my designs, if you delete them im just reuploading them. tell me if you are deleting them cuz if you are i genuinely am just gonna resell or reupload them for myself cause i have NO idea if you/the person deleted the design even wants them! please let me know.
also with privating designs, its fine but give me a key to view the design. if you dont (you refuse to) ill have to revoke your character ownership of the design.
Hey if you make art related to self harm, fetish, drugs / smoking (weed/cigs/vape/etc), shooms, or alchohol i do NOT allow that on most of my designs. double check with me if you have drawn that on my designs or plan to and ill give you the heads up if its okay. i have a right to reclaim my design if you draw that stuff and refuse to stop. it breaks my tos.
(basically TLDR)
- ask me before making artwork or the character that is MY design portray: drugs, self harm, eating disorders, mental health issues, disorders, vents, alcohol, smoking (weed, cigs, vapes, etc), gummies, fetish, nsfw, stuff like that. if you already have art of my designs in those topics, let me know. im okay with most of my designs in those topics BUT NOT ALL (old sonas, truesonas that were sold off, personal reasons, etc!)!! so please let me know.
if it makes me uncomfortable and i ask you to delete or keep it to yourself and you dont, i can reclaim the rights of the character and own them instead of you. it breaks my tos. this is a warning!

Users blacklisted cannot get designs made off of my bases, my own designs, or characters that I have had some kind of creation in (like co-owner Or if I have a designer/creator role) if they do i will reclaim (reupload the character/design if it is CREATED by me, if not i will ask users who have created it (created, but used my bases, etc) to see if they can reclaim it or if i can. (reclaim; reupload and take ownership.)
if you are friends / mutuals / following anyone here I will block you. These people make me extremely uncomfortable if you are subbed to them get away from me. Leave me alone. you are also unable to get my designs if you are following anyone in my blacklist / have them following you / or are mutuals/take often.

do not use my designs to romanticize / glorify rape, sa, self harm, abuse, whatsoever. do not use my designs in illegal acts (zoophilia, feral porn, animal genitalia, etc) i will re upload the character (own them) and revoke design owernship from you. as well as report you for breaking TOS. one and only warning.
