A local helper at the Luneste Library, Slate is both kind and intelligent, sharing knowledge and stories to Channelers both big and small!! He's awfully kind and easy to befriend, so its no wonder so many Channelers find him so fun to spend time with!! He's no fighter by any means, preferring to spend his days indoors, reading and studying to gain as much knowledge as possible, so he can one day become as smart and wise as the Channeler who inspired him....the Channeler God of Knowledge, Apollo!! In his free time, he hosts story readings for younger Channelers, laughing as he watches them gasp and stare at the many stories he has to tell. In battle, Slate uses the power of books and knowledge to slow foes down, lifting the words from their pages and damaging foes with them!!
