🌙 Mortimer 🌠

Mortimer is one of the youngest oracles of her time only being 23 years old. She is able to read the past, present, and future through the stars and whichever cards she sees fit. She has a side interest in crystals but doesn't use them in her main practices due to fate readings not being too typical with crystals. she can read star charts during the day using the inside of her cape that shows the stars currently in the sky above her in that moment. She specializes in tarot and oracle cards but can really use any form of cards, sometimes opting to use her partners playing cards if they are the closest option.
