By owning one of my designs, or commissioning me, you must comply with the following terms

• You may only swap my freebies with another freebie, give it away, or return it if it does not have added worth (personal art, commissioned art, etc)

• Please wait a short period, 5 days minimum, before trading away a design of mine you acquired. 

• Don’t trade designs of mine away to people who I’m uncomfortable doing business w/

• Please check my blacklist and such before trading away a design of mine

• I have the right the revoke ownership of my designs if I feel they are being used in an inappropriate or harmful way, or if I’m uncomfortable with the owner for valid reasons.

• Adding yourself as a designer (with me still credited) is completely fine, as long as you made major changes to the design. Please ping me beforehand as well. 

• Ask before using my characters or art for commercial use. I retain the right to decline if I don’t feel comfortable with how you intend to use it commercially.

• Relating to commissioned work, I may decline or cancel your commission without giving reason (if I have been payed beforehand, I will refund you)

• Payment can only be refunded before a work in progress has been sent

If you have went against these terms and conditions before they were released to the public or even made, that is completely fine and I will not hold you responsible.
