Faust has always been rather kind and understanding. He is quite smart and able to think things through rather quickly and come up with all sorts of plans. He often accepts others as they are, regardless of their circumstances, even if they do not accept themselves. He can be a bit of a joker at times and often tries to make others smile when they're having a hard time. He is extremely loyal to his birth pack and those that he deeply cares for, willing to do just about anything for them. He was always known to be a loving and supportive partner to his former mate Octavia.

Faust was born into a Shadow and Mud mixed pack that is led by Moyo and Ovalia, a Shadow and Mud wolf pair. Being the same age as the pack leaders' children, he ended up befriending them quite early on. He later became the mate of the leaders' hybrid daughter Octavia when the two of them were around 20 years old. Faust himself was accepted into the family with no issues as he got along with all of them rather well. He and Octavia tried to have pups of their own for several years before Octavia discovered she was infertile. While Faust was initially upset by this, he came to accept it rather quickly and had already planned to stay with her regardless, though Octavia took the news much harder than he ever did. He was devastated when she chose to break up with him and leave the pack, but he understood her reasoning quite easily. She wanted him to be able to have pups with someone as she thought that's what he deserved, but Faust thought differently and didn't want to be with anyone else. A few months after Octavia left the pack, Faust decided that he too should leave the pack, but to search for her and hopefully bring her back home. He spoke to Moyo and Ovalia about his plan and they agreed to it, allowing him to leave for the time being and still have a place among them if and when he returned. He is currently still traveling and trying to find Octavia because he is still very much in love with her and wants to try to convince her to at least take him back if nothing else. Faust has been traveling for a while now and he has caught her scent here and there, but due to her also constantly traveling for her job, he hasn't been able to catch up to her just yet.

- Faust is the only member of his direct family that does not feature a pelt mutation, having only mutated eye and limbus colors instead.
- He is the oldest of his parents' 6 children, even being the firstborn of his litter of three.
- He shares some of his favorite food groups with Octavia, those being birds and reptiles, and though he can taste them, he also mostly likes them for their different textures.
- He often collects items to trade at markets for extra travel supplies and even for information, so he visits markets quite often.
