TOS

By commissioning or otherwise purchasing from me, you automatically agree to this whether or not you've read it! This as well applies to any of my designs you have not directly received from me.

If you would like to dispute your placement on my blacklist or if you have any further questions, you're always free to contact me.

Design TOS:

- DO NOT sell my designs for more than you paid for! Designs you've received for free (raffles, trades, etc) may only be sold AFTER you've added paid art. You will be blacklisted from all future raffles and adopts otherwise.

- You can ALWAYS trade or gift my designs with or without added art.

- DO NOT trade, gift, or sell my designs to anyone who is specified on my blacklist. People who are not allowed to receove my designs in any capacity WILL be specified. Anyone who is blacklisted from only raffles, adopts, commissions, etc may still receive them so long as they are not specified to be further blocked. Failure to comply will result in you being blacklisted from all future adopts and raffles.

- DO NOT delete my designs, this will result in you being blacklisted from all future adopts and raffles. If you no longer want them, please sell, trade, or gift them. If you cannot find anyone else to give them to, please send them back to me or donate them to a shelter. If you would like to remove them from toyhouse, please make me aware beforehand.

- If you private the design, authorize me so I can see them! You will be temporarily blacklisted from all adopts and raffles until this is done.

- Please contact me if you want to use any of my designs for commercial things! (merch, shows, comics, etc.) All designs you've paid for automatically come with commercial rights (NOT the art they came with, only the design), but characters you traded for or won via a raffle need to be discussed with me before use. If you do not contact me, you will be blacklisted from all future raffles and adopts.

- DO NOT use my designs in any content that is homophobic, transphobic, racist, etc. You will be blacklisted from everything AND blocked. This is NEVER acceptable.

- I allow holds for up to a month on any adopt. I do NOT allow payment plans unless you're someone who has commissioned or otherwise purchased from me in the past and I trust you. I will decide who is allowed payment plans at my own disclosure. Failure to pay after the hold term has expired will result in being blacklisted from all future adopts and commissions.

- Please let me see any stories or projects they're in. Not required, I just love to see the sillies being loved <3333

Art TOS:

- I can only accept payment through PayPal.

- I reserve to right to decline any commission, art trade, etc if the contents of it make me uncomfortable or are related to my DNI list. I do not need to explain my reasons to you, but I will offer alternatives if possible. Pressuring me on this front will result in you being blacklisted from my commissions.

- Please be as specific about what you want as you can, the more detail you give me, the more accurate to your vision it will be!

- You will pay for your commission in full AFTER I finish the sketch. Please do not pay before or after. This is for both your security and mine.

- If you plan to use my art for commercial products, please let me know beforehand (during the commissioning process if possible). Any art you have not paid for cannot be used for commercial art unless you discuss the details with me first. If you do not contact me, you will be blacklisted from all future commissions.

- You are free to repost a commission I've made for you on social media and to friends as long as I receive credit somewhere in the post. All of my art is free to use as profile pictures with credit as well. Failure to provide credit (after being asked) will result in you being blocked and blacklisted from all commissions.

- I have full permission to post the commission on my portfolio, social media, etc to use as examples and/or general content

- DO NOT use my art to train ai EVER. You will be blacklisted from everything and blocked. This includes art, writing, designs, and anything else I produce.

Do's: Anthro, human, humanoid, feral, platonic, romantic, oc/oc, oc/canon, canon/canon, etc

Dont's: NSFW, fetish art, mecha, armor

BLACKLIST

pyroxatoxic - Can't enter raffles, if buying an adopt or commission must pay BEFORE
