Writhe is just a weird tall alien thing! Being a symbiote, they obviously needs to attach themselves to someone. Once they do, they're really able to take advantage of being able to stretch out their limbs like whips and squeeze themselves into small spaces, similar to an octopus. They're pretty cheeky and curious and DO NOT know what personal space is.
