Moonshine's name gives you everything you need to know about her. She's a brewer of illegal alcholic beverages in a county of Equestria where prohibition is in full swing. Her speakeasy, the Full Moon, resides under her brother's offices in the basement and she's infamous in her community.

She's a smart pony, her brother's secretary in the daytime. She's got book smarts and street smarts and she's not afraid to use either. Years of managing to dodge the law has made her kind of smug, however, so she can be a little irritating if you move onto the topic of prohibition or her bar.
