Once upon a time, he may have been closer to the cats around him- but that has been long lost. Now, Arcade is not the friendliest or most outgoing cat- sure, he likes to crack jokes and socialize decently enough and is in general not unfriendly, but his ability to trust others and become close to them is shot to hell. His walls are built high, and thick. In his past (even if he can't remember it), one thing led to another, and now they think that, in general, most cats are simply out for themselves, with few exceptions… that said, he’s been known to try, for his part. He keeps this to themselves, though, and is unlikely to verbalize when he actually likes another cat, opting to instead silently give his support, assuming one manages to climb the tower.

Despite his inability or desire to grow his circle of true allies, he’s grown to work well with others, even those who he actively disdains, and are not argumentative if someone else takes charge. Whether it’s himself thrust into a leadership position, or someone else, he’ll go along with it- Arcade also can identify talent when he sees it, and will let others know it if the situation calls for it (as much as hr is likely to tell you when you suck at something, or messed up. He doesn’t like to sugarcoat it.). As unlikely as he is to argue, though, if he thinks you’d be best in a scouting role and you’d like to fight instead… he will still probably give you the stink eye over being so stupid. Psh. Making him work harder to form a plan. Soooooo selfish of you.

(Just don’t fuck up too much, since he’ll “cut out” anyone he deems to be dragging the group down even if he feels bad about it later. He may not even care at all.)
